Returning an unwanted item?

As long as the item is still in its original condition we are happy to offer a 28 days return policy with any purchase with an exchange or refund. This policy does excludes all earrings due to hygiene reasons. To return your item simply simply post it back or if you are local drop it into the store. Earrings & Body Jewellery Return Rules
For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery such as earrings & body jewellery purchased online or in-store can not be returned, refunded or exchanged

To return your items

1. Post the parcel at your local Post Office - or courier of your choice - and make sure you keep the recipe and 'proof of postage' until you receive your refund.
2. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process. Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs of the return postage.
3. Items must be returned within 28 days of the order being placed.
   1. Notification Period: 
      You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell theus you want to cancel and return item.
   2. Return Period: 
      After notifying us, you have another 14 days to post or hand the items back, making 28 days total from delivery.
4. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
